Kye-Kye's 8th Birthday

Today was our super Kye-Kye's

8th birthday. He wanted to start the day

off opening his presents.

Then we made a #8 cake.

He took us out for pizza for his birthday

dinner.

Multi-Tasking

People always ask

"How do you guys manage with 12 children

to get it all done?"

Well example #1

While pumping gas you can take advantage of the

"Stretch while you pump"...

So you too can multi-task!!! LOL

Still Raining........

Soooo... it's April 28th....and...still raining.

We had at least 5 separate hail storms.

It would clear up, look beautiful and then get

dark all over again :(

Just wanted to whine a little.

(Remind me this summer when it's

107 degrees I was whining about the rain)

April 23rd

What a month this has been so far. If one of us was not scheduled to be somewhere, someone was scheduled to come here. We also had birthdays........and chores.........and shopping to fit in there somewhere.

Kate's had her follow-up appointment for her thyroid. They did lab work and said it was not

working, so they doubled the dose of her current medication.

When Kylene was in to the dentist for her 6 month cleaning we found out she needs to see

the oral surgeon to have all 4 of her wisdom teeth removed.Ugh.

Kassadie went in for her annual cardiology appointment and they scheduled her for a

Cardiac Catheterization on May 25th. It will be in the outpatient center of the hospital.

But she could possibly stay the night.

Then she will be having heart surgery in the next few months. Then she will

be in the hospital for 2-4 weeks with that surgery. She is such a sweet little girl, that

will be hard on all of us.

Kye had school testing yesterday and today. He wasn't the least bit thrilled, but

he went anyways. What a trooper!

Birthdays..............

Karlie was 14 on April 4.

Kate was 19 on April 14.

Kye will be 8 on April 29.

Kellie will be 10 on May 2.

And will it EVER stop raining..........LOL.

April 14th

Kate had her 19th birthday on Wednesday.

I asked her what she wanted and she

said,"Let's go shopping!"

So that's what we did, all day.

We had a great time together.

You are such a great girl Kate.

We are so proud of you.

My new little friend "Andy"

I was sitting at the kitchen table yesterday and this

little guy decided to stop by for a visit.

I thought "oh, how cute. If I get my camera

he'll surely be gone by the time I get back."

So I just watched him, he was so cute.

He flew away. Came back. Flew away again.

Then, a little while later, here he is

again trying to get in the screen.

I went and got the camera and snapped

these photos. He really wanted in.

We named him Andy!

Karlie's birthday was Sunday, which was also Easter.

It was a very busy, busy day.

She had a great day!

She was just beaming all day long.

Easter was wonderful.
